 In order for us to track the effects of the event, we need to be able to link
 people's responses before, during, and after the event, while still preserving everyone's anonymity.
 To do that, we'd like you to choose a 4 digit code. You'll need to remember it, so we suggest you choose
 the last four digits of a phone number you know well, either the phone number of a family member,
 or if nothing comes to mind there, then the last four digits of one of your previous phone numbers--whichever one you remember best.
